Pilgrimage to the Tekke of father Sakos in Luz of Kavaja

The Bektashi believers of Durrës, Kavaja and Elbasan have welcomed Father Sako’s pilgrimage with excitement like every year. Like every year, they addressed the shrine of this Bektashi saint as a sign of honor and respect for him and the entire prominent constellation of clerics, followers of Haxhi Bektash Veliu. We addressed full of emotions for the fact that in addition to the Bektashi clerics present, the Bektashi World Leader His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj also came there.
The warm conversation between the Bektashi clerics and the faithful continued on the topics of the day, on the present and the past of the Bektashi order. In his warm speech, the World Leader His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj said, among other things, that we successfully overcame this evil cholera thanks to the care and human love we showed for each other.
We had some important dates, such as March 22, which we spent praying in our homes, seeking the help of God and our fathers to get through the situation as easily as possible and meet the challenges of the poverty we are going through.
The Bektashis have always found salvation and hope in God, in the saints of yesterday and today. At the end of his speech, the Bektashi World Leader His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj said: “My brothers and sisters! Father Sako and the whole legacy of our clergy are a testament to how even the greatest difficulties can be overcome by unwavering devotion to the Creator. We are passing on this devotion to us, the worthy descendants of yesterday’s fathers and you, my dear friends. I have repeated it many times and I am saying it today: To love our homeland, to love Albania that made us, to love the land of our ancestors, to love our children and not to let them leave to the streets of Europe. It is their right to think about a better life. But although through difficulties life becomes good only in your homeland. Belief in God, belief in a better future, should accompany our eternal spiritual journey.
God bless you!
Amin! ”
