The Embassy of the United States of America in Tirana hosted an iftar in its residence in honor of the blessed month of Ramadan.
Present at the iftar held under the auspices of the US Chargé d'Affaires, Mrs. Leyla Moses-Ones, was the World Leader of the Bektashis, His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj, the chairman of the Muslim Community of Albania, H. Bujar Spahiu,, the chairwoman of the State Committee for Cults, Mrs. Loreta Aliko, Muslim Community employee, representative from Bedër University and the Madrasa of Tirana, as well as embassy employees.
During her speech, Ms. Leyla Moses-Ones thanked the guests for attending and wished them an accepted fast.
