The World Grandfather, His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj, was present today, on November 28, 2018, in commemoration of the 106th anniversary of the raising of the flag, the day when patriots Refik and Hamit Toptani joined the architect of Albania's independence, Ismail Qemali, in the project that brought the birth of the Albanian state. In the square in front of today's headquarters of the Albanian Parliament, where 106 years ago patriotic men and women of Tirana raised our national flag, representatives of the Municipality of Tirana, politicians, artists, representatives of religious communities, war veterans and citizens of Tirana, decided wreaths of flowers on the monument that symbolizes this historic moment for the city.
