On Tuesday, November 9, 2021, the former German MEP Mr. Josef Weidenholzer visited the Bektashi Holy See, where he was received by the Bektashi World Grandfather, His Holiness, Haji Dede Edmond Brahimaj.
This was a courtesy visit, in the framework of the cooperation of the Bektashi World Headquarters with the European Parliament for the protection and promotion of the rights of the Bektashi community, in Macedonia, Albania and everywhere in Europe. The friendly meeting was held to continue further co-operation on democracy and fundamental human rights and freedoms, such as religion.
