Today, the Dedelik of Korça under the special care of the Bektashi World Leader, His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj, made a pilgrimage to the tekke of Baba Kasem in Inonisht-Devoll.
In the year 1578, Kasëm Babai comes from Kosturi with all his dervishes in Inonisht. A tyrbe was erected in his honor and later the tekke played a prominent patriotic and religious role.
