Yesterday, on October 11, 2021, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Albania, Monika Zuchniak-Pazdan, paid a courtesy visit to the Bektashi Holy See, where he was received by the Bektashi World Leader, His Holiness of Him, Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj.
The Grandfather, Dede Edmond Brahimaj, thanked the Ambassador for visiting the Headquarter and for the support of Poland to the process of European integration of our country and the Western Balkans.
He also briefed the diplomat Mrs. Monika Zuchniak-Pazdan on the history, the Holy See, the Shrine, the museum of Bektashism, the departments, the activity and the role of the Bektashi Community in Albania, the region and beyond.
Ambassador Zuchniak-Pazda, expressed interest in the history of the Bektashi Community from its founding and its journey to the present day and praised the commitment of the World Leader in his noble mission to preach peace, love and harmony among people, regardless of race, religion, nationality, color and ethnicity .. Also, during the meeting was discussed about religious freedoms, harmony and rights of religion, as fundamental human rights ..
At the end of the visit, Mrs. Zuchniak-Pazda thanked the World Leader for the hospitality and expressed his readiness to cooperate on issues that are of common interest and above all praised the role of the, Bektashi Community, in preserving and strengthening religious coexistence in Albania.
