With deep sorrow, I learned of the separation from this life today, of your dear man, my friend, and of the Bektashis, our brother Bashkim Fino.
I express my sincere condolences, my blessings, for this loss.
Let us become strong, with hope and faith in the Great God, for our man who today rests in Paradise.
Leaving this world physically of Bashkim, is a loss for all, but his excellent example as a man, as a parent and family, as a senior civil servant, will always be an example that everyone should follow.
Bashkimi, although young in age, successfully faced the difficult task of being the Prime Minister of the Government of National Reconciliation after the difficult riots of 1997. It was and remains an example of cooperation, harmony and communication between people, politicians and other factors.
May your soul rest in peace!
