On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in the town of Qesaraka, in Kolonje, the traditional, annual pilgrimage took place. In this event that coincides with the founding day of this well-known community, in addition to local believers and from other regions of Albania and abroad, the Grandfather of the World Bektashian, His Holiness, Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj, who led the rites of this activity, also participated. Also participated the Mayor of Erseka Mr. Erion Isai and other local leaders.
The World Grandfather of Bektashi Community, Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj greeted the attendees and wished them health and happiness.
Tekke of Qesaraka is located in the village of Qesarak, Administrative Unit Çlirim, Municipality of Cologne. Founded by the people of Qesaraka, in honor of the saint Haxhi Babaj. His story is both mythical and real. He also brought a hand from the grave of Abaz Ali in Karbala and erected the cenotaph in his honor, in Çuka e Tomorri, in the year 1600. He passed away while traveling to the village of Qesarakë and performed many miracles.
