The Bektashi World Leader, His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj received at the Holy See the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Karol Bachura, to whom he welcomed and congratulated him on the task performed in our country.
The grandfather acquainted the ambassador with the spiritual journey of the Bektashis from 1930, when the World Center was established in Tirana and until today. The ambassador was also informed about the countless sacrifices of Bektashi clerics, their contribution to freedom and independence, and the wisdom to approach the Creator with devotion.
Bektashi World Leader His Grace Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj, acquainted the ambassador with the current challenges of the Bektashi Holy See, both in the context of religious harmony in the Balkans, and the challenges of freedom of religion and belief.
On his part, Ambassador Bachura, thanking the Grandfather for the warm reception, said that it was a special pleasure to visit such facilities that inspire only peace. He congratulated the work and commitment shown by the World Headquarters in relation to other religious communities in the region, wishing success in fulfilling the mission of the Bektashi World Headquarters.
